All design orders NGN100,000 and under are to be paid in Full; and a 60% deposit for all orders over NGN100,000
All Production orders NGN350,000 and under are to be paid in Full; and a 75% deposit for all orders over NGN350,000
Balance of payment are to be made before official handover.
All third-party payments like hosting and domain purchases are to be made in full.
Payment and Content required must be made/provided by client for work to commence.
All Design, Animation and Website work, [except Logos and Stationery] will be tagged with a signature, @aesthetix.pro, and or company logo, even after payment.
Client response time should be between 24hrs – 72hrs via emails or WhatsApp only.
Please note: Micromanagement when work is in progress is NOT allowed, as this interrupts works. [ client will be contacted when work is done or if any issues arise]
Terms for Clients’ Cancellation:
Before any work begins, cancellation after payment attracts a 10% fee.
After work begins, a maximum of 60% of what was deposited will be refunded only.
Aesthetix Pro’s Terms for Termination:
Aesthetix Pro reserves the right to terminate the project without refund, if the project becomes dormant for 4 weeks and overdue to clients inconsistency.
Aesthetix Pro reserves the right to terminate the project without refund, if the project extends for 4 weeks and over from the estimated completion date due to clients inconsistency.
